Australia Day
Happy Australia Day everyone - weather has been a bit gray here but overall not bad. On Tuesday, Nick and I went to see Hugo! I had mixed feelings about it when I left the cinema but actually looking back it was quite good. I think it's more adult than just a plain kid's movie. Some contexts in the movie are a bit more catered towards adults. Some parts of it were quite sad too.
Makes me think though that it is sad people don't dress like that anymore, guys in suits and hats, women with beautiful coats and furs and prim heels. Just beautiful.

Eye Makeup
I bought a new black liquid eyeliner from Bourjois, I haven't tried it yet but its one of their "club eyeliners" meant to stay on for the purposes of clubbing. I thought it would be good to use when I do my own eye make up for my cousin's wedding in Jakarta - it's humid which equals to perspiring and oilyness.
I also heard the urban decay eye primer is really good, so I'm eventually going to use that as a base, buy a new pot of Chanel glittery eyeshadow - I'm thinking any of the below colours - then do a winged eye with the liquid eyeliner. Though I'm probably gonna have to road test this first. In theory it sure sounds easy but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna need a lot of practice.

Being Patriotic
For the moment I'm having a crush moment on Australian designers.
The home grown locals have the best eye for fashion. How apt that I feel so fashionably patriotic just as Australia Day approaches next week. I might have to buy something to commemorate my patriotism! Not sure I need another excuse.
I thought these were gorgeous though:
Can't wait for Australia Day - 2 days off, Thursday and Friday + weekend. My job is awesome.

Crazy for Wildfox
Newest obsession right now would be Wildfox Couture.
They do the cutest baggy jumpers ever, granted its not cheap but I really like the look of them. I'm planning on investing in one after January, because I promised myself I won't spend any money this month, like zilch.
They also have some cute jewellery which can be found on Karmaloop.
A lot of celebs been spotted in these jumpers. Seen below, images from coolspotters.com
1. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
2. Brenda Song
3. Ciara
4. Ashley Tisdale
5. Paris Hilton
6. Kelly Rowland
7. Emmy Rossum
8. Taylor Swift
9. Taylor Swift again (cuz I love the bitch)
10. Kate Beckinsale
11. Halle Berry
At this point in time I really like the yellow neon colour but have been hard pressed to find that colour. It's my colour of the moment. I'll blog more about that later. I'm so freakin dead tired today after spending a day at the beach. The crowds were enormous, parking was sooo hard to find, then massive queue at the fish n chip shop.
On the upside, the sky was a beautiful clear blue, the fish and chips was amazing, parking was free, the water was beautiful, and walking on the way back I saw a family of bunnies eating grass and frolicking in the park nearby a playground, so decided to go on the swing while watching them frolickz.
All in all quite a good day. :)
