Do you guys know how much I love cold weather? Well I do, it's the best. So any evidence of autumn or winter is well received on my part. Crisp winter days are the best and no better place to enjoy it than here in Australia. I also really love wearing jumpers and coats which only goes hand in hand with the lower temperatures. Hopefully you guys had a lovely Saturday. I made a chicken pie to match the weather today and it wasn't too bad, a colleague of mine gave me her mother's recipe and I road tested it with an additional almond meal base. Not gonna call myself a great cook, but efforts were made!
